Inner Grooved Fin Tube

Application: Mainly used in petrochemical, electric power, paper, tobacco, building heating and other industries such as air cooler, air heater and food industry plant protein powder, starch and other spray drying system of air heaters. The maximum working temperature is 250°C.

Also called steam tube, inner ribbed tube or inner finned tube, It is mainly used on the dry type evaporator on the central air conditioning system, During heat exchanging, the water outside the tube is cooled by the inside evaporated cold medium. It is also used for household and commercial air conditioning heat exchanger or high heat tube .

The inner surface area is 1.5-2 times more than normal plain tubes, and the heat conductivity is 1.5-2.4 times more than the same size plain tubes, The flow resistance only added 3-5%, which saves 20-35% energy, and reduces the air conditioner weight 10-25% .

The inner grooved tube is always delivered under vertical bar condition for easier installation. The dimensions refer to below table, and the groove specification and tube requirement could be custom made .
