Application: Used in Boiler Heat Ex-changers, Fluid, Gas and Oil Transport, Pressure and Heat Transmission, Construction and Ornament, Elaborate designs available as per customers' requirements.Our U bends are suitable to return the flow of coolants/fluids at 180 degree in a much smaller space. The straight tubes are strictly implements the standard specifications and the customers' drawings requirements.

Size range: OD 6 - 273 mm, WT 0.5 - 35.0 mm, Length = < 25, 000mm

U Tube's manufacturing process:

Raw material → Grinding → End Level → Colding Rolling → Deoiling → Solution Treatment→

Straightening →Cut to length →Picking → Surface Passivation → Inspection → NDT/HT → Packing→

Testing →U Bending→Packing → Shipping.

Testing Items:

1. Appearance Inspection;

2. Dimensional Inspection;

3. Chemical Composition Testing;

4. Mechanical Properties Testing;

5. PWHT (Solution Annealing) of U-Bend+300mm of straight length after Bending at about 680 C Holding time 5 to 7 Seconds.

6. 100% Hydrostatic test after Bending;
